Ouch!

Ouch!

After some vigorous exercise and running during P.E lesson few days ago, my legs and thighs are super duper painful to raise, walk, sit, run etc. 3 of us Ka wing, Jee ling and I are aching too... Why??? We're probably don't get much exercise i guess, so, for us, even a short run is hard and fatigued.

Exercise more, likely to live longer? More healthier? I don't think so.
For me, brisk walking, can be enough to improve health and fitness.
Nevertheless, there are many different ways to exercise and it is possible to find something to suit any kind of lifestyle.
